In Real Estate since the age of 18, I have actively sold real estate and even owned my own marketing company to assist in the sale and marketing of Unique Properties priced into the 20 million dollar range. I have experience in the North Carolina - Washington, DC - and Southern California Real Estate Markets. I know what it takes to market a property and take pride in doing so like none other. One thing my clients can all agree on is that "Troy does not LIST houses.... He MARKETS HOMES."

It takes a full-time commitment - anything less and you'd be short changed. As a full-time agent, I'm able to "work the market" for you, keeping up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market. As Top Producer with my former "National Real Estate Franchise" My move to Weichert, Realtors - Columbus Associates was carefully thought out. Many companies refer to themselves as a "Full Service" company but do not have the backing of major relocation and referral business. In most markets the buyers are coming from out of the area and so many sellers are short changed by companies claiming to be "Full Service" Brokerage Firms.  My affiliation with Weichert, Realtors only allows me to further exceed the expectations of my clients.
